Volunteering

Fertile Ground Gathering is coordinated by an all-volunteer team of dedicated folks whose love of the Gathering and of the Pagan community has drawn them to spend several months out of each year preparing for this event.

Without each and every one of our Volunteer Staff, this event would not be possible.  And we're eternally grateful for their hard work and dedication to the success of this magical event.

While you're attending the Gathering, you will be able to recognize our volunteers by the Staff badges they wear.  If you have any questions or need any assistance, they are the folks you can count on to help you.

The work that the Volunteer Staff does is invaluable, and we encourage you to take a moment to thank someone on the Staff if you get a chance to let them know how much their efforts mean to you.

Work Exchange

​

In addition to a regular team of folks who help year after year, we also offer a Work Exchange Program for a handful of people who would like to volunteer with pack-in and tear-down efforts in exchange for a reduced rate to attend the Gathering.
